Check-in time is between 4:00pm and 7:00pm. Sorry, we cannot accommodate any early check in times as we need this time to get the cottages ready for the next guests.
If you think you may be arriving after 7:00pm, that’s ok! Please notify the office at 506-650-8307 and we will accommodate your late arrival.
Our check out time is anytime before 10:45. We appreciate our guest support in keeping to this time frame. Again we need this time to prepare for our next guest. Thank you for understanding.
We require a minimum two night stay per booking (three nights during June-August) as most weekends get booked solid.
We also offer a “ONE NIGHT STAY” for couples only. One night stays are accommodated from Sunday evenings to Thursday. You must call the office to book a one night stay at 506-650-8307 as the booking system will not allow.
All rates are based on a two person occupancy. (Children 5 and under are free.)
Additional $25 per person per night.
Our only add on we offer at the cottages is the propane fireplace. It is completely optional. The cost is $25.00 per tank. (One tank does the entire weekend.) This only applies to the following cottages: Magpie, Robin, Eagle, Hummingbird, and Crow.
We understand that pets “complete” the family, however, pets are only permitted in one of our three pet friendly cottages. Our “Pet Friendly” cottages are: Crow, Gold Finch, or Sparrow. Pet fees are $15.00 per day per pet plus tax. (Not to exceed 100.) If you have a pet, please feel free to bring him/her along and book one of the above cottages. A reminder to please read over our Pet Rules. Thank you!
Your credit card will be charged a $200 security deposit fee upon booking. You pay for your cottage once you arrive. Your deposit is refunded after check-out.
We do understand accidents with broken dishes, glasses etc. (Please let the office know if you need replacements and we will be happy to help.)
Our cottages are SMOKE FREE, however, smoking is permitted on the front covered decks. Please use ashtrays provided and empty/clean them when you have finished. Thank you!
